My path into triathlon wasn't traditional, but it became historic on May 4, 2025. That was the day I secured the Texas North State Championship title, becoming the first Vietnamese-born American citizen to do so. The momentum didn't stop in Texas. I recently competed at the Multisport National Championships, where I placed 9th in the 25–29 age group for the Draft-Legal Sprint Triathlon. That performance officially punched my ticket to the 2026 World Championships in Pontevedra, Spain.
