Welcome-A-Vol

It’s time to welcome our new incoming students with open arms and you’re just the Volunteer for the job! Join us and Welcome-A-Vol by signing up to get your hands on an exclusive toolkit, specially designed to help you make our newest Vols feel right at home in our ever-growing Big Orange Family.

Here’s what you’ll get:

• Materials to craft personalized letters to five (5) incoming students
• A chance to light up social media on New Vol Day on April 25 with a post that shines bright with Vol pride
• A bold UT flag, ready to wave high outside your home—let your neighborhood know where your loyalty lies!

All we ask from you is to commit to writing five letters and share at least one social media post with your UT flag on New Vol Day. That’s it!

We’re gearing up to send these toolkits come March. Keep an eye on your mailbox; we’ll be sending them as soon as possible. Just a heads-up: due to the incredible turnout of Volunteers like yourself, there might be a quick wait between registration and your toolkit landing on your doorstep.
