W. Allen Separk is a tax and fiduciary lawyer based in Marietta, Georgia, dedicated to helping individuals optimize charitable giving while minimizing tax burdens. A proud graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law, he has been a steadfast supporter of his alma mater, contributing consistently since his early career. Separk has played a vital role in UT Law’s fundraising efforts, establishing two endowed funds to support faculty development and research. With over 35 years of service on the college’s advisory boards, he has earned the distinction of “Life Member” of the Dean’s Circle and was honored for his lifetime of volunteer service in 2017. His leadership and generosity have had a lasting impact on the College of Law and its students.
