Tom Bell is chairman of Mesa Capital Partners and a veteran executive with decades of leadership experience across real estate, marketing, and corporate governance. Before joining Mesa in 2011, he served as Chairman and CEO of Cousins Properties, where he led major developments across the Sun Belt. Prior to Cousins, Bell spent a decade at Young & Rubicam, Inc., ultimately serving as Chairman and CEO. Over his career, he also led Young & Rubicam Advertising and Burson-Marsteller. Bell currently serves on the Board of Directors for Norfolk Southern Corporation and has held directorships at Credit Suisse, Lincoln Financial Group, Regal Entertainment Group, Southern Company Gas, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
