The “shipshape” front desk is just one of countless details celebrating the history and traditions that define the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. And speaking of gathering — don’t miss Saloon 16, the hotel’s bar and restaurant in partnership with Peyton “The Sheriff” Manning. Open to all, this western-inspired watering hole is filled with memorabilia from Manning’s personal archives, including recruiting letters and photos.
Like the bar’s jukebox, the menu is stacked with Manning’s favorites like Cheese Bings, Peyton’s Chicken Parm Sandwich and a Rocky Top Chopped Salad. Stop by Saloon 16 to watch a Vols game, grab a casual dinner or drink, or recover at Sunday brunch.
Since opening in early August 2020, Graduate Knoxville has become a gathering place for the local community. Find the hotel just steps from campus, right on The Strip at 1706 Cumberland Avenue.
