2022 Alumni Professional Achievement Award Winner

From a communication degree at UT to an MBA from Loyola University in Maryland, Andrew Foust worked at a small, Maryland-based media production studio before moving to retail giant McCormick & Company.

As McCormick’s President, Americas, Foust oversees flavor served from home kitchens and restaurants. He is responsible for managing both the consumer and flavor solutions businesses in the United States, Canada, and Latin America. McCormick’s consumer products range from the familiar, red-capped spice containers in the spice aisle to beloved brands like Frank’s RedHot, Cholula Hot Sauce, Stubb’s BBQ, Zatarain’s, and French’s Mustard. Flavor solutions work with businesses to create fresh, flavorful, and original recipes. Foust also is Chair of McCormick’s Americas Leadership Team, the Global Consumer Strategic Council, and the Purpose-led Performance Governing Council.

Since starting at McCormick in 2004, Foust has worked within sales, IT, and marketing. He worked with key accounts as a district manager, led several core brands within the marketing department, and strengthened global digital efforts, including internet sales. After proving his leadership and skill with an array of job titles and responsibilities, Foust was promoted to General Manager of the Canadian division then Vice President of US marketing.

In addition to his administrative role at McCormick, Foust serves on the Board of Directors for the Ed Reed Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides opportunities to at-risk youth through athletics.
