Joe Crafton is a dedicated philanthropist, conservationist, and business leader who lives by the principle that giving back creates a better future. An Eagle Scout since 1978, he has devoted decades to Scouting, serving in leadership roles such as Scoutmaster and council president while raising three Eagle Scout sons. His passion for conservation led him to establish the Joe Crafton Sportsman’s Complex, where Scouts learn about the connection between hunting and wildlife conservation. Beyond his contributions to Scouting, Joe is a principal at Wingshooter Investments LLC and previously served as CEO of CROSSMARK, Inc. His lifelong commitment to service and mentorship continues to impact future generations.
