Jennifer Stanley is a partner at McKinsey & Company based in the London office, where she leads the firm’s Sales and Channel Management Practice across the United Kingdom and Ireland. With over 20 years of experience, Stanley specializes in go-to-market (GTM) transformations for B2B organizations operating in complex, highly competitive, and omnichannel environments. Her expertise spans omnichannel strategy design, sales-force restructuring, digital sales integration, key-account planning, and capability-building initiatives.
