2018 Alumni Professional Achievement Award Winner
Senior vice president and CFO of the Tennessee Titans, Jenneen Kaufman graduated from the Haslam College of Business in 1992 with a degree in business administration.
After graduating, Kaufman was an audit division senior accountant for three years at Arthur Andersen. From 1995 to 1997, she served as vice president of finance and human resources for the American Cancer Society. It wasn’t long before she became the Titans’ controller for her first 11 seasons with the team.
Now the Titans’ CFO, Kaufman manages financial reporting and budgeting as well as the accounting of ticket and suite sales, sponsorships, broadcast revenues, player and staff payrolls, along with other special events. In addition, she oversees the accounting for Nissan Stadium events, such as concerts and the Music City Bowl.
Kaufman serves on the United Way Board and the Downtown Partnership Board and has created a partnership between the Titans and many charitable organizations across Middle Tennessee. She was named one of Nashville’s Most Powerful Women in 2011 by the Nashville Post, recognized by the Nashville Business Journal as one of the 2018 CFO Awards honorees, featured in a video produced by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and chosen to attend the NFL’s Stanford Program for Managers in 2008. Additionally, she serves as treasurer for the Tennessee Society of CPAs.
