After graduating from the College of Communication and Information with a degree in advertising in 2007, Erin Hauck started at Prometheus/OMD as an assistant strategist. It wasn’t long before she began to rise through the ranks of the ad agency.
After just one year, Hauck was promoted to digital strategist and then to strategy supervisor, overseeing major clients like Hershey and PepsiCo. In 2012, she became associate director of digital, working on Johnson & Johnson, followed by group director of digital investment. In 2016, she took a leap and became the founder and senior director of digital investment and senior director of audience planning at Hearts & Science, an OMD subsidiary specializing in data analysis to understand consumers. Most recently, she began her current position as head of agency partnerships at NCC Media, a major TV advertising sales company owned by Comcast, Charter, and Cox Communications.
She is a pioneer of digital investment and has received numerous national awards, including the inaugural Cynopsis Media Top Women in Digital Award, mentoring category in 2015; two Effie Awards; two Clio Awards; and three OMMA Awards. She was selected to participate in OMD’s Global Inaugural Talent Exchange Program in 2012 with OMD Sydney, Australia, where she served as senior digital manager. She was also named the 2017 College of Communication and Information Advertising Alumna of the Year.
Outside of work hours, Hauck serves as a mentor to other digital investment professionals in the New York City area. She and her husband Tyler are avid world travelers.
