Crista Martinez Padua (BA psychology ’92, MS social work ’96) is a dedicated leader in the field of social services with a distinguished career advancing the well-being of vulnerable families and communities. She currently serves as CEO of Families First Parenting Programs, a Boston-area nonprofit committed to supporting and empowering disenfranchised families through education and evaluation. In addition to her executive leadership, Martinez is an adjunct professor at the Boston College Graduate School of Social Work, where she helps shape the next generation of social work professionals. She also serves as Director of The Cousens Fund and sits on the Board of the Alzheimer’s Association, Massachusetts/New Hampshire Chapter. Through her work, Martinez continues to drive meaningful impact, fostering resilience and equity within the communities she serves.
