Chapter Program Grant Application

The UT Knoxville Office of Alumni Relations and the Alumni Chapters team supports UT Alumni Chapters by providing financial support for chapter programming through a grant proposal program. Alumni chapter presidents and/or another designated chapter leader can apply below to be considered for a grant. These applications will be reviewed within a timely manner, and the Alumni Chapters team will communicate directly with the chapter to ensure the initiative/event aligns with university priorities.

Funds will not be distributed directly to UT Alumni Chapters or leadership, instead the Alumni Chapters team will work directly with the Foundation to remit funds to vendors, etc. In addition to completing the Grant Program Application, you will be required to submit the Event Promotion Form (link to this).
