During more than a decade in sports marketing, Ashley Kerns has represented numerous professional athletes, including four first-round NFL draft picks and six NFL Pro Bowlers. She has negotiated over $5 million in endorsements for her clients.
Kerns graduated in 2005 from the College of Arts and Sciences with a degree in English. She stepped into the sports industry in her senior year during an internship at Sports Animal in Knoxville. Enjoying the thrill, she headed to Atlanta.
In Atlanta, Kerns worked for four years as a marketing coordinator with Fox Sports Net. She then returned to Tennessee as director of marketing and public relations at Knoxville’s Allegiant Athletic Agency before launching her own business, Kerns Marketing and Management, in 2012. Kerns oversees the personal brand, marketing strategy, and endorsement portfolios for some of the best players in the NFL. Kerns is once again based in Atlanta, where she received her MBA from Georgia Tech in 2015.
