Alan Skadberg, a 1961 graduate of the University of Tennessee’s College of Business Administration, is a retired director of industry affairs for Procter & Gamble and a dedicated advocate for trade relations. Known for his integrity and leadership, he navigated complex industry dynamics by fostering open dialogue and balancing corporate policy with industry realities. His efforts helped reshape engagement in the food industry, laying the groundwork for more collaborative trade relations. A UT Knoxville Chancellor’s Associate and member of the UTNAA board of governors, Skadberg has remained deeply connected to his alma mater. Even in retirement, his influence continues to shape the industry and those who had the privilege of working alongside him.
