The celebration begins Friday, October 2, 6:00 p.m. with an evening of entertainment, fun, and laughter at the NightinGala at Hunter Valley Farm, Knoxville, TN. Dress for the ticketed NightinGala event is business casual.
On Saturday, October 3, three hours prior to kickoff (Vols vs. Auburn), the College of Nursing will host an Open House for alumni and friends. A limited number of football tickets will be available for purchase for guests registering for the gala.
The University of Tennessee, Knoxville College of Nursing has graduated more than 4,700 alumni since its doors opened in 1972. The college has passed many milestones since the first group of BSN’s graduated including graduating the first MSN students in 1978 and the first PhD student in 1992. According to US News and World Report, the graduate program is among the top 19% in the nation.
