ALUMNI PUBLIC SERVICE AWARD
This annual award recognizes faculty and staff members who make substantial contributions during a particular year to the welfare and good of the state or national public. Selection is announced at the Chancellor’s Honors Banquet.
OUTSTANDING TEACHER AWARD

Excellence in classroom teaching is respected and admired at the University of Tennessee. Alumni Outstanding Teacher Awards are given to faculty members, selected by their colleagues and students as the outstanding teachers in an academic year. Following a fall nomination process and classroom observation, four recipients are selected annually and are announced at the Chancellor’s Honors’ Banquet.
